The rooms are pet-friendly and nicely updated with a mini fridge, front view, and fireplace. The staff is top-class, helpful, and quick to respond. The location is amazing, near Adventure Park, restaurants, Hot Springs, Gondola, and the center of the area.

The hotel is absolutely great and stunningly beautiful with excellent service. The breakfast is appetizing with a great selection of food, and the staff is welcoming. The location is incredible and favorable, close to everything and next to the bike trail and downtown area.

The hotel's location near Iron Mountain Tramway was very convenient. It was in a nice area close to the cable car, Glenwood Springs, the Adventure Park, and Hot Springs. We enjoyed having a pet-friendly room. The bathroom was fairly clean.

The staff is professional and provides excellent service, the room has comfortable beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a seating area.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly, the room is impressive with an impeccable jacuzzi tub, and they offer simply wonderful amenities in a central location not far from a must-visit cable car.

Pros": The value for our money was excellent - clean room, great amenities, and discounts to the Adventure Park right outside the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the gondola and a short walk to town. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Great location right by the bike trail 🚲. The rooms are decently sized and affordable, plus they come with a jacuzzi. They even offer a wake-up service to help you start your day on time.

Recommend for price/quality. This place is well-maintained. The staff are very amiable. I loved my room - a nice size and budget with a pull-out couch. The hotel offers an unbeatable and comfy location right next to the cable car to the amusement park.
